Invoice & collect – how does it work?

Accuracy (and subsequent collection of) of utilities bills have long been a source of great agitation to both landlords and tenants.

NetBILL simplifies the task through a two step process:

Step 1: Invoicing (asking for payment)

  • Invoices only need to be created once
  • Amend usage values on a monthly basis.

These usage values can also be imported directly into NetBILL

  • NetBILL will automatically raise and distribute invoices.
  • NetBILL automatically starts and terminates invoices in specified periods.

Step 2: Collections (getting what you asked for?)

  • NetBILL automatically collects outstanding amounts
  • NetBILL manages rejections, return of payments and recollections
  • NetBILL provides detailed reconciliation of amounts collected
